No matter how good a broker is, a buyer’s decision to buy will always be because of the property. Despite the nature of the industry, real estate professionals should not resort to unsolicited propositions. You already know the budget and the preference of your clients. Don’t be aggressive and eager to follow up. If you believe a property is fit for a client but they could not see it, highlight the estate’s selling points. The customer has kids? Show the backyard that has space for a swimming pool or a playground. A client is a bookworm? Showcase a room that could be turned into a library. Let them reach to the decision that they will indeed buy the property because they fell in love with the place not because they were pressured into making up their mind with a decision that may or may not be in your favor.
